About the Role

Sharaf DG is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as a strategic HR partner for KSA Retail Operations, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.

Strategic HR Partnership

The HRBP is responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. A key focus of this position is ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and Saudization targets, while also coordinating payroll and fostering employee engagement to support overall business growth and operational excellence within the retail sector.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Ensure timely manpower planning and hiring, monitoring Saudization targets and localization initiatives.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRMS updates.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support succession planning efforts.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Support training and development initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate activities through government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
  • Support visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, and Saudization.
  • Coordinate administrative activities including employee accommodation, travel, and vendor management.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured against the following key performance indicators:

  • Timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Achievement of Saudization targets.
  • Accuracy of payroll and HR documentation.
  • Completion rates of performance appraisals.
  • Metrics related to employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
  • Timely resolution of employee grievances.
  • Absence of compliance violations.
  • Accuracy of HR reporting and analytics.

Required Experience

Candidates for this HRBP position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within a retail or similar fast-paced operational environment. The role requires a full-time commitment and a strong understanding of HR best practices and Saudi Labour Law.
