Role Summary

The HSM Performance Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of HungerStation Market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves providing management with insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own HungerStation Market performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics.
• Monitor performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analysis on critical business topics.

Core Duties

• Lead business forecasting and support annual and strategic planning processes.
• Drive OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
• Support P&L management and identify key revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers.
• Build and challenge business cases and investment plans, including store expansion initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

This role requires close collaboration with senior management and various functions, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI. The Senior Manager will monitor performance, identify opportunities, challenge plans, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
