HSM Performance Senior Manager

About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a HSM Performance Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for enhancing the overall business performance of HungerStation Market by providing management with essential insights, analysis, and recommendations. The objective is to facilitate informed strategic and operational decisions. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Performance Senior Manager will collaborate with senior management and various functions, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI, to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Key accountability areas include:

• Overseeing HungerStation Market performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics.
• Monitoring performance, identifying key drivers and gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
• Leading weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives.
• Supporting senior management with ad hoc analysis on critical business topics.

Forecasting, Planning, and Financial Management

• Leading business forecasting and supporting annual and strategic planning.
• Driving OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
• Supporting P&L management and identifying key revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers.
• Building and challenging business cases and investment plans, including store expansion.

Business Analytics and Performance Deep Dives

• Leading deep dives across store, customer, commercial, operational, and logistics performance.
• Analyzing customer acquisition, frequency, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
• Evaluating campaign, promotion, pricing, and investment performance.
• Building analytical frameworks and models to improve business decision-making.

Commercial Performance and Strategy

• Supporting optimization of pricing and commercial mechanics, including fees, minimum order values, margins, and promotions.
• Evaluating customer investment and trial strategies based on incremental impact and ROI.
• Monitoring competitive activity and translating market developments into business actions.
• Supporting medium- and long-term strategy across store expansion, assortment growth, and new business opportunities.
• Developing frameworks for pricing, assortment, customer lifetime value, and budget optimization.
• Identifying opportunities to improve demand planning, availability, and business performance through analytics and automation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Acting as a key business partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI.
• Translating business priorities into clear analytical, product, and operational requirements.
• Driving alignment across local and Delivery Hero stakeholders and ensuring initiatives progress against plan.
