About the Role

Agility is seeking a Human Resources Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to our human resources department, focusing on leading various HR functions and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Lead will act as an HR Business Partner and HR Supervisor, playing a key role in supervising the HR team while supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and people risk strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between country businesses and Corporate HR regarding strategy, governance, and people initiatives.
  • Escalate significant compliance or organizational risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in regional and corporate HR projects to drive organizational goals.

Regulatory Compliance and Initiatives

  • Manage workforce-related government transactions and labor compliance through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with applicable employment, immigration, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Proactively advise business leaders and Corporate HR on required actions and potential impacts of regulatory changes.
  • Drive Saudization initiatives and provide support for work authorization, employment registration, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in HR business partnering, team supervision, and managing compliance within a dynamic environment. Experience with KSA labor laws and government platforms is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative HR team and engaging directly with business leaders across various functions.
