Role Summary

Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Pre Opening) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for establishing and overseeing the comprehensive human resources operations for a new hotel during its critical pre-opening phase.

Role Context and Impact

The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in building the foundational HR framework, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations from the outset. This role contributes directly to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting team members in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
  • Lead team member engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and activities to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR systems and compliance, which involves overseeing team member data, tracking employment transitions, generating reports, and processing unemployment claims.
  • Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in human resources management, with a preference for experience within the hospitality sector and exposure to pre-opening phases.
