Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

About the Role

ES Consulting is seeking two Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team. This contract position is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a leading government entity. The role requires 6-10 years of experience in IAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full identity lifecycle, including joiner–mover–leaver processes and automated provisioning workflows.
• Review and track access requests, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to governance policies.
• Conduct access certification campaigns and remediate orphaned, inactive, and over-privileged accounts.
• Manage and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and investigate authentication failures and suspicious access attempts.
• Govern privileged access (PAM), including session monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege principles, and segregation of duties.
• Support audits by providing identity governance reporting and periodic operational reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM governance, engineering, or administration.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access control models.
• Practical experience with Zero Trust principles and modern authentication methods.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or Microsoft Identity are preferred.

Work Environment

This is an on-site contract role located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a government entity. The position requires a dedicated professional to integrate with an existing cybersecurity team.
