About the Role: Instructor, 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing

RMG is seeking an experienced Instructor for 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing to deliver specialized training programs. This contract position is based in Riyadh and focuses on the application of these technologies within the energy sector. The instructor will be responsible for developing and conducting comprehensive training for professionals and learners.

Role Purpose and Training Delivery

The primary purpose of this role is to provide on-site training that equips participants with practical knowledge and skills in additive manufacturing technologies. This involves designing course content, preparing all necessary instructional materials, and leading both theoretical and hands-on training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate 3D printing workflows effectively.
• Guide participants in selecting suitable materials and technologies for various applications.
• Showcase relevant industry use cases and best practices, specifically addressing challenges within the energy sector.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer technical support and guidance during practical exercises.
• Update training modules regularly to incorporate emerging technologies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with RMG’s training and technical teams to ensure high training quality, alignment with client requirements, and continuous improvement of course offerings.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of its applications within the energy sector. Expertise in designing and delivering technical training programs is essential.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a contract role requiring on-site presence in Riyadh. The instructor will be responsible for delivering training programs directly to participants at designated facilities within the city.
