The Role of a Technical Trainer (Manufacturing & Engineering)

Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer (Manufacturing & Engineering) to join its team in Riyadh and Al-Kharj. This full-time role is central to enhancing the capabilities of engineering staff within the company's extensive operations. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for providing essential learning, development, and competency assessment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning and development programs specifically designed for engineering staff.
  • Conduct competency assessments for personnel involved in dairy production maintenance and engineering utilities.
  • Ensure all training and development initiatives align with the operational business needs of Almarai.
  • Adhere to the overall Corporate learning and development objectives in all training activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate for this full-time position will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in technical training, particularly within manufacturing or engineering environments. This role requires a professional capable of contributing to a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans. The position is based in Riyadh and Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
