The Role of Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a full-time Technical Trainer (Manufacturing) to join its operations in Al-Kharj. This role is focused on providing essential learning, development, and competency assessment for Engineering staff. The successful candidate will work within the framework of Operations business needs and in conformance with overall Corporate learning and development objectives, specifically targeting Dairy and Bakery production maintenance and Engineering utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver learning and development programs to Engineering staff.
• Conduct competency assessments for personnel involved in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance.
• Provide training and assessment for staff working with Engineering utilities.
• Ensure all training and development activities align with Operations business requirements.
• Adhere to the corporate learning and development objectives in all training initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
