About the Role

J-B | جيبي is seeking an Insurance Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing the company's insurance operations, ensuring efficient processing of claims and Total Loss transactions, and maintaining compliance with both company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves significant coordination with insurance providers and internal departments to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies for all active contracts.
• Review and verify invoices received from insurance companies.
• Manage insurance policies for terminated contracts where ownership transfer is pending.
• Process Total Loss transactions and prepare necessary ownership transfer letters for insurance companies.
• Follow up with insurance companies and aggregators regarding Total Loss and accident claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the settlement of excess amounts payable to customers.
• Update TAMM by removing actual drivers and applying required changes for Total Loss contracts.
• Remove restrictions in TAMM for all Total Loss cases.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to cancel third-party insurance when applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a closely related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in Insurance, Risk Management, Insurance Operations, Claims, Underwriting, or a related domain.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
