*******, a leading event ticketing and experience booking platform in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Interaction Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position contributes to a platform that has surpassed over 2 billion in sales and serves major events across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Interaction Designer will focus on creating impactful, transformative user experiences with a strong emphasis on usability and human-centered design principles. This role involves translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences and confidently advocating for design decisions based on user needs and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross-functional teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user-first approach.
• Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
• Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
• Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required.
• Strong foundation in usability principles, backed by education or applied research experience.
• 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and various usability testing platforms.
• Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile-first design, and responsive behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
