About iHR and the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in designing complex digital platforms and enterprise systems.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will function as a Senior UX/UI Designer, focusing on large-scale government or corporate projects. This role requires a strong background in creating sophisticated digital solutions, moving beyond simple applications to tackle intricate enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design complex enterprise systems, ensuring robust and scalable user experiences.
Conduct comprehensive user research, requirements analysis, and develop personas, user flows, and customer journeys.
Build, maintain, and apply design systems consistently across various digital products.
Perform UX audits and usability reviews, providing clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver presentations, and articulate design decisions effectively.

Required Skills and Technical Proficiency

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints to ensure feasible and implementable designs.
Ability to leverage analytics and heatmaps; experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Google Analytics (GA), or Clarity is an advantage.
Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting design concepts.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically with a proven track record in designing complex enterprise systems rather than simple applications.
