About the Role

IC İçtaş İnşaat is seeking an Interface Engineer to join our team for a significant road project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an experienced and highly motivated professional to manage and coordinate technical interfaces across various project elements and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical interfaces among engineering disciplines, contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface-related issues affecting design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain and update interface registers, action trackers, and interface coordination reports.
• Review engineering deliverables to ensure consistency across civil, structural, bridge, drainage, utility, traffic, electrical, mechanical, and landscape designs.
• Support the Interface Manager in developing and implementing interface management procedures and workflows.
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between project teams to ensure timely resolution of interface conflicts.
• Coordinate third-party and utility interfaces, ensuring alignment with project schedules, technical requirements, and authority regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, technical workshops, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor interface-related risks and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure interface requirements are integrated into engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and management updates related to interface status.
• Support stakeholder management activities and assist in obtaining approvals from authorities and external organizations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Interface Engineer, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or road projects. A strong understanding of engineering disciplines and project coordination is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working on a key road infrastructure project.
