Parsons Corporation is seeking an Interior Design Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading interior design efforts for high-end luxury construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and craftsmanship. The role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in managing luxury interior design projects internationally.

Role Overview

The Interior Design Manager will oversee all interior design phases, from concept development through to project completion. This involves ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, luxury standards, and project objectives. The position demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to manage large-scale luxury projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Ensure all design elements, including layouts, materials, finishes, and furnishings, meet luxury standards and reflect the client’s vision.
• Provide strategic leadership to the interior design team, ensuring seamless delivery across all design phases.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design elements with the overall project design.
• Oversee the selection and specification of high-end materials, finishes, fixtures, and custom furnishings.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure all interior design elements meet the highest luxury and craftsmanship standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on interior design matters, presenting concepts and managing feedback.
• Work closely with the project management team to align interior design with overall project budgets and schedules.
• Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into luxury interiors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of extensive international experience managing large-scale, high-end luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong background working with high-profile clients and delivering interior designs of the highest standards in international markets.
• Professional certification or licensure in Interior Design (*, NCIDQ, ASID).
• Experience working in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with global luxury brands and working with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial clients.
