Job Description

About the Role

Parsons is seeking an Intermediate Engineer who is a Saudi National to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working within a new Project Management Office (PMO) focused on major highways and infrastructure projects within the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.

Key Responsibilities

Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain these schedules and budgets.
Identify and document changes in scope.
Assist in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain procurements.
Assist in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
Coordinate with personnel from all technical support groups within the Company and from third parties.
Assist the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
Ensure client criteria and scope are met.
Participate regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant, and contractors.
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering roles.
