Cenomi Retail, established in 1990 as Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Co., is a prominent retail and F&B operator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company has introduced over 80 international brands, including Zara, Mango, and Subway, and operates more than 1,600 stores across 100 shopping centers in 11 countries. We are seeking a full-time Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of the Role

The Internal Audit Manager will play a critical role in providing strategic assurance to senior management by leading complex audit engagements. This position is responsible for enhancing audit effectiveness through strong leadership, technical expertise, and the application of data analytics within the retail industry context.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit teams in planning, risk assessment, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities for complex and large-scale audit engagements.
• Ensure the professional, accurate, and objective preparation of Internal Audit reports.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, providing technically sound recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality audit services through effective project management and technical expertise.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert in designing and implementing audit solutions.
• Stay informed of global, regional, and industry developments, sharing relevant insights across the organization.
• Apply data analytics techniques within audit engagements and champion technology-enabled auditing and continuous improvement.
• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Support career development initiatives and talent management within the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10-12 years of experience as an Internal Audit professional.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, SOCPA, or ACCA.
• Strong exposure to the retail industry.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing audit teams.
• Hands-on experience leveraging data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness.
