The Role: Internal Auditor II

As an Internal Auditor II, you will be responsible for performing internal auditing of company activities under the direct guidance and direction of a Senior Auditor. This full-time position involves assisting in the preparation of audit reports and ensuring compliance with established standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan audit assignments based on risk-based auditing principles.
• Review the means of safeguarding company assets, both tangible and intangible, and verify their existence.
• Assess the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information, including the methods used to identify, measure, classify, and report such information.
• Evaluate the systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations that could significantly impact operations, and report on organizational adherence.
• Review the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed across various company operations.
• Prepare interim audit reports and follow up on the communication of final reports and subsequent actions taken regarding recommendations.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Internal Audit Department (IAD) Management.

Scope of Audit Operations

The role involves reviewing a broad spectrum of financial activities and other operations within the company. This includes, but is not limited to, Systems/IT, Production, Engineering, Marketing/Sales, and Human Resources/Personnel. A key objective is to identify opportunities and report recommendations to eliminate duplication, waste, red tape, and bureaucracy, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
