International Infrastructure Investments Professional

About the Role

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is seeking an International Infrastructure Investments Professional to join its International Investments team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the identification, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with PIF's investment policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the identification, selection, and management of International Infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate on the underwriting process, term negotiation, and closing documentation for Infrastructure investments.
• Prepare investment proposals, recommendations, and memos for PIF Committees and Executive Management.
• Contribute to maintaining relationships with external fund managers and partners.
• Contribute to the selection and monitoring of external fund managers for International Infrastructure portfolios.
• Analyze market developments and trends related to Infrastructure investments.
• Conduct performance analysis of Infrastructure portfolios.
• Prepare financial models, presentations, and updates on International Infrastructure Investment proposals and performance.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal update reports for the PIF Board and related committees or other entities.

General Accountabilities

• Support stakeholders in making informed decisions to contribute to the organizational strategy.
• Provide insights for operational excellence initiatives and propose improvements to systems, processes, and practices, considering international leading practices.
• Contribute to the development or enhancement of policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring adherence to compliance, risk, audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convince stakeholders and establish credibility. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
