About the Role
Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking an International Recruitment Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to coordinating and executing all overseas recruitment processes, working closely with recruitment agencies, embassies, and clients. The role involves monitoring candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial request until their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely execution, compliance with applicable regulations, and achievement of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Agency Coordination and Candidate Management
- Receive and follow up on workforce requests from clients.
- Send recruitment requests to overseas recruitment agencies and follow up on candidate nominations.
- Ensure candidate qualifications match job requirements and coordinate with agencies for compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Review and screen resumes/CVs, then coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up on the issuance and signing of job offers, and monitor candidates' medical examination procedures.
- Follow up on visa issuance, other required permits, and coordinate airline ticket issuance and travel scheduling.
- Monitor candidates' arrival and ensure completion of reception and onboarding procedures.
Government and Embassy Relations
- Communicate directly with embassies and consulates when required regarding recruitment procedures.
- Follow up on the requirements of overseas labor offices (POLO, MWO, and other relevant authorities).
- Monitor the issuance of required attestations and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and other relevant authorities.
Data Management and Reporting
- Update candidate records in the company's recruitment system and maintain the accuracy and completeness of candidate data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recruitment progress.
- Monitor overseas recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Archive all recruitment documents electronically.
- Prepare periodic reports on agency performance.
Client Service and Internal Collaboration
- Respond to client inquiries regarding the status of recruitment requests.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment and deployment progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.
- Request required documents from clients and candidates.
- Submit recommendations regarding recruitment agency performance evaluations.
Work Environment
This full-time role is based at the Head Office in Riyadh. The position may require communication with overseas recruitment agencies outside regular working hours due to time zone differences. Occasional travel may also be required to participate in overseas recruitment campaigns when necessary.
