The Role of Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist intern will contribute to the talent acquisition efforts of Dussmann-Ajlan & Bros. This role involves supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, and provides hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical, soft services, and managerial positions.
• Assist in identifying manpower requirements and preparing job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for further assessment.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offer processes.
• Update recruitment trackers and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Support manpower planning in coordination with Projects and Operations teams.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor requirements.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is mandatory.

Essential Skills

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A good command of English is preferred for this role.
