About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Executive for Commercial Vehicles to join the FAMCO team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring optimal parts availability across assigned franchises while managing inventory levels, stock value, and obsolescence within established targets. The position supports business operations through effective inventory planning, stock control, logistics management, and customer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory control parameters to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Review and analyze system-generated order proposals and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Monitor critical inventory reports and take corrective actions to address stock issues.
• Manage backorders and coordinate with principals and logistics providers to expedite deliveries.
• Process customer orders efficiently and provide accurate delivery updates.
• Control stock aging and obsolescence through proactive inventory management initiatives.
• Coordinate buy-back and disposal activities for slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Optimize logistics and freight costs through effective shipment planning and consolidation.
• Manage warranty and inventory-related claims with principals and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate parts master data, pricing information, and supplier records within the system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Operations within a reputable automotive dealership.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) businesses.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in inventory control, procurement, logistics, and stock management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Al-Futtaim Automotive FAMCO team.
