About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Executive - Commercial Vehicles to join the FAMCO team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring optimal parts availability across assigned franchises while managing inventory levels, stock value, and obsolescence within established targets. The position supports business operations through effective inventory planning, stock control, logistics management, and customer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory control parameters to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Review and analyze system-generated order proposals and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Monitor critical inventory reports and take corrective actions to address stock issues.
• Manage backorders and coordinate with principals and logistics providers to expedite deliveries.
• Process customer orders efficiently and provide accurate delivery updates.
• Control stock aging and obsolescence through proactive inventory management initiatives.
• Coordinate buy-back and disposal activities for slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Optimize logistics and freight costs through effective shipment planning and consolidation.
• Manage warranty and inventory-related claims with principals and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate parts master data, pricing information, and supplier records within the system.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in parts inventory control, preferably within the commercial vehicles sector. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage complex inventory systems and logistics operations.
