The Role of Investor Programme Manager

Tahaluf is seeking an Investor Programme Manager to develop and execute the Investor Programme for Cityscape West. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves connecting Family Offices, UHNWIs, and private investors with real estate, hospitality, and development opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s Western Region. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on identifying and building relationships with private capital decision-makers, while delivering a curated investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and recruit Family Offices, UHNWIs, private investment companies, real estate investors, and other private capital sources from KSA, the GCC, and international markets.
• Build relationships with Family Office Principals, CIOs, CEOs, Investment Directors, and other senior decision-makers.
• Assess investors based on deployable capital, investment track record, typical ticket size, decision-making authority, and interest in Saudi opportunities.
• Understand individual investment mandates and facilitate introductions with developers, project owners, hospitality groups, government stakeholders, and potential JV partners.
• Support private investor roundtables, dinners, site visits, 1:1 meetings, project presentations, and VIP networking experiences.
• Develop knowledge of investment opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Red Sea, focusing on residential, hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use, and tourism-related developments.
• Manage the investor journey from initial outreach and onboarding to onsite engagement and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with developers, government entities, sponsors, Family Office networks, private banks, and internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Maintain an accurate investor pipeline and track recruitment, meetings, introductions, investor interests, and potential investment outcomes.

Relocation Packages (If Eligible)

International Relocation Package:

• Reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs up to SAR 2,500.
• Individual paid flight home and an end-of-service gratuity payment upon leaving the company.

Local Relocation Package:

• Paid flight to Riyadh for the individual and family (up to three children).
• 30 days of accommodation in a serviced apartment or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000 upon arrival.
• Reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs up to SAR 2,500.
