Owais Capital (أويس المالية) is a financial firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is central to our commitment to maintaining strong relationships with our investor base.

The Role

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with investors, ensuring a professional and positive experience. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to support investor onboarding, engagement, and communication activities, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and professional support.
• Guide investors through the onboarding and investment process.
• Present investment opportunities and follow up to enhance investor engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams to address investor needs.
• Ensure all investor communications comply with CMA regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Fintech, or Investment Platforms.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of CMA regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems.
