Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee critical manufacturing engineering functions, including:

• Leading manufacturability assessments and the introduction process for new products.
• Planning production line layouts and selecting appropriate equipment for new lines.
• Resolving process and equipment abnormalities on production lines.
• Driving lean production initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Educational Background

Candidates should possess the following academic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

The role requires demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering and leadership:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management or project leadership.

Specific Skills and Preferences

Additional qualifications that will be considered beneficial include:

• Experience in server, high-end PC, or telecom equipment assembly is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.
