About the Opportunity

Talents Sea (تالنتس سي) is seeking a dedicated IT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure operations for the organization.

Role Overview

The IT Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of network infrastructure, system administration, and end-user support. This position is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the company's IT environment, contributing directly to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and internet connectivity to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, and other infrastructure devices.
• Administer and support Active Directory, user accounts, and Windows-based environments.
• Prepare and configure laptops and desktops for new employees, including software installation and system setup.
• Ensure endpoint security by managing antivirus solutions and maintaining compliance with IT security policies.
• Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and network devices, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Support.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with Active Directory and Windows administration.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint protection solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
