Job Description ServiceNow Developer (GRC & SecOps)

About the Role

Synechron is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (GRC & SecOps) for an immediate contract opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is for an experienced professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow Risk & Compliance (GRC) and/or Security Operations (SecOps), focusing on developing and supporting solutions within these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions.
• Configure and customize Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Configure and customize Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Configure and manage risk indicators, controls, compliance monitoring, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, and other security tools.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer solutions, and API integrations.
• Automate security and compliance processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Risk & Compliance (GRC) and/or Security Operations (SecOps).
• Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Experience with security integrations and compliance automation.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are mandatory.
