Role Overview

StellaStays Inc is seeking a Jr. Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of GAAP and IFRS and be prepared to contribute to a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales invoices using Zoho Books.
• Reconcile bank statements and verify OTA payments on a daily basis.
• Manage e-commerce settlements and reconcile associated clearing accounts.
• Process accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP and IFRS, including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 16.
• Verify and record monthly expenses, accruals, provisions, and OTA commissions.
• Perform reconciliations for related parties.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Lead month-end closings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
