The Role of Junior Business Development Associate

Mnzil is seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to join its Business Development team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals looking to begin a career in client relationship management and business growth. The associate will support lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination, contributing to the team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials for client engagements.
• Track pipeline status and support reporting efforts for the Business Development team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
