About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the preparation and assessment of variations, claims, valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Review and verify payment applications submitted by subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, cash flow, and overall commercial performance.
• Support subcontract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure timely resolution of commercial matters.
