Serajj Marketing Solutions is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suited for a results-driven professional with a strong sales-oriented mindset, focusing on client acquisition and building business relationships within the digital marketing sector. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services and convert leads into clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to clients’ needs.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.
• Good command of English and proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools are preferred.
