About the Role

stc is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing large-scale accounts and contributing to the development of a consolidated account management strategy to achieve profit targets. The Key Account Manager will also monitor account development budgets and cultivate relationships with stc's key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and managing relationships with medium accounts across various verticals.
• Identify potential and new business opportunities within existing medium accounts to increase stc's revenue.
• Support negotiation processes and opportunity closures to enhance stc revenues and reduce costs.
• Supervise work units within the specified area to ensure efficient workflows and accurate outputs.
• Collaborate with concerned departments/sectors to understand sales strategies and commercial goals, engaging in the development of short and long-term account management plans.
• Update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
• Deliver solutions tailored to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction with services.
• Supervise internal process improvement projects and initiatives as required.
• Supervise and manage team performance, ensuring profit targets and sales goals are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Act as Project Coordinator for medium-scale sales projects and tenders, effectively managing client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with district colleagues on matters related to reviewing stc's sales and account management objectives.
• Review technical reports and forecasts related to accounts to inform senior management on sales status.
• Partner with relevant marketing stakeholders to stay updated on current/future client requirements, ensuring these are considered for product/service development.
• Supervise account management budgets and ensure effective utilization for increasing stc's sales.

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to managing medium tender processes and establishing appropriate contractual agreements by coordinating with the Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Sector and Legal General Directorate.
• Review documentation for medium-scale proposal development, ensuring inputs from all relevant personnel are considered to maximize win rates.
• Develop detailed short and long-term plans by coordinating with relevant work units, based on current and future needs of stc's products/services.
• Manage stc's assigned medium-scale accounts and provide technical expertise to the team in meeting and exceeding established profit/sales targets.
• Review progress and sales performance reports for assigned accounts regularly to update management.
• Deliver necessary training to relevant internal and partner sales staff.
• Supervise work staff as needed to ensure work continuity.
