Role Purpose

The Kitchen & Laundry Technician contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, are well-maintained and operational. This position involves responding to service requests and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel's standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance across various areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.

Qualifications and Experience
