Kitchen /Production Manager

About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Kitchen / Production Manager to oversee daily central kitchen operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring efficient food production, consistent quality, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The manager will be responsible for leading kitchen teams, managing production planning, controlling inventory, and minimizing waste while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily kitchen operations and food production processes.
• Manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established company standards.
• Plan and implement production schedules based on business demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, ingredient usage, and food costs effectively.
• Implement strategies to minimize food waste and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as required.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in kitchen management or food production.
• Demonstrated experience managing a central kitchen or a high-volume food production facility.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP protocols, inventory management, and cost control principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a central kitchen environment, focusing on high-volume food production.
