The Role: KPI & Cost Program Specialist

Lenovo is seeking a KPI & Cost Program Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing key performance indicators and leading cost optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define SASC’s overall KPI system and establish performance targets for all departments.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, data analysis, and track improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects focused on MVA (Market Value Added), cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Monitor budget execution, implement cost controls, and optimize operational expenditures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in areas such as KPI management, cost control, and leading program initiatives.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
