About the Role

Barza Consulting is seeking a Performance Management Advisor to partner with a prominent Banking Institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves playing a strategic part in developing and sustaining a high-performance culture through effective enterprise performance management. The advisor will focus on KPI governance and the implementation of robust organizational performance frameworks within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, calibration, and performance closure.
  • Develop, enhance, and govern performance management frameworks, policies, processes, and standards.
  • Design, review, and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards across various business functions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to align individual and departmental objectives with the overarching organizational strategy.
  • Support senior and executive management in KPI setting, progress tracking, and the development of executive dashboards.
  • Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), 360-degree feedback processes, talent reviews, and other performance initiatives.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of performance management systems and reporting mechanisms.
  • Analyze organizational performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership using data and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
  • Experience must be within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Mandatory experience working in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong expertise in performance management frameworks, KPI design, scorecards, and executive performance management.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Mandatory) for executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
