About the Role

Parker Connect is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established legal practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with strong private practice litigation experience and direct exposure to handling disputes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's legal environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters. This involves developing strategic approaches for cases, advising clients on legal risks, and ensuring all procedural deadlines are met within a demanding law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters from initial assessment through resolution.
Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and appropriate courses of action.
Prepare and review pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Conduct legal research relating to Saudi laws and regulations.
Coordinate with clients, courts, government authorities, experts, and other relevant parties.
Support negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure all court and procedural deadlines are met.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.

Qualifications and Experience

At least four years of private practice litigation experience.
A minimum of one year of experience working on litigation matters in Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated strong technical legal knowledge.
Proven commercial awareness.
Ability to independently manage litigation matters.
