The Role of Lead Generation Associate

***** is seeking a Lead Generation Associate for WegoPro in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is the first dedicated lead generation position for the Saudi market, requiring 2-5 years of experience. The associate will be responsible for outbound prospecting to convert target accounts into qualified meetings for the Riyadh sales team.

Core Responsibilities

Execute outbound B2B lead generation campaigns using cold email, calling, and LinkedIn (InMail, Campaign Manager).
Follow up consistently and build rapport with prospects throughout the outreach process.
Maintain current knowledge of WegoPro's product to confidently answer prospect questions.
Collaborate with the Riyadh sales team, from identifying target accounts to prospecting and booking qualified meetings.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of the Saudi market, competitive landscape, and WegoPro's target buyer profile.

Key Objectives

Build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads for WegoPro in Saudi Arabia.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.
Refine targeting and messaging based on conversion rate feedback from the sales team.
Localize outreach messaging for the Saudi market in collaboration with marketing and content teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation to deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment and possess a desire to learn and contribute to an experienced team. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
