About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead MEP Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our on-site operations, responsible for overseeing construction, development, and commissioning activities directly at client locations. The role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial site mobilization through civil engineering, assembly, and final commissioning work, including all associated management tasks. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute construction, development, and commissioning activities at client sites.
• Supervise installation and construction operations on site, covering civil, assembly, mechanical, and electrical installations.
• Lead team members directly or indirectly, and/or manage subcontractors with specialized technical expertise.
• Exercise judgment to propose and implement solutions, operating within defined parameters and established guidance.
• Utilize strong technical skills and an analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.
• Provide informal guidance and support to new team members as needed.

Required Experience and Skills
