- Plan and conduct independent audits across project functions and ensure compliance with approved QA/QC programmes.

- Analyse audit findings to assess overall programme quality performance and identify recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Promote and maintain a consistent Corrective Action/Preventive Action, Non-Conformance Report, and quality-observation tracking system.
- Monitor the timely closeout and effectiveness verification of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Parsons’ quality requirements, client standards, contract requirements, and approved project procedures.
- Prepare, review, update, and maintain project and programme Quality Manuals, Quality Plans, procedures, forms, and other quality-system documentation.
- Review and approve quality-related documents prepared by internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other external organizations.
- Provide quality support to project and construction management, including interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Perform statistical process control and evaluate quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
- Prepare quality performance reports, dashboards, metrics, and management summaries.
- Support quality-management reviews, lessons-learned workshops, and continual-improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to lower-level Quality Engineers and Quality personnel.
- Coordinate with construction supervision, engineering, testing and commissioning, document control, and client representatives to ensure effective quality-system implementation.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
