About the Role

Ma'aden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Engineering and Virtualization to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for enabling the organization's Data & AI strategy by delivering resilient, scalable, and secure platform engineering and virtualization capabilities. The specialist will establish the technical foundation required to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Lead Specialist drives platform reliability, performance optimization, and technology standardization across the Data & AI ecosystem. By strengthening infrastructure capabilities and virtualization services, this role improves operational efficiency, accelerates service delivery, reduces technology risk, and enhances the organization's ability to scale emerging digital solutions. Through technical expertise and collaboration, the role ensures platform environments remain secure, available, and aligned with business growth requirements, supporting innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience
