Overview of the Position

HRsource is recruiting a Lead Systems Engineer (MS Exchange Azure Intune) for its Tech Client based in Riyadh. This full-time role is an individual contributor position, primarily focused on the daily operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and recovery of enterprise IT infrastructure and core business applications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining a secure, stable, and highly available IT environment.

Role Focus and Scope

This position requires a hands-on approach to managing critical systems and applications. It is a technical leadership role that emphasizes operational execution and problem-solving. This role specifically does not involve people management responsibilities or architectural design duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and/or Jamf Pro.
• Manage user lifecycle, identity, access, and endpoint administration.
• Monitor backup operations and perform system and mailbox recovery when required.
• Support enterprise applications, including HRM, ERP, CRM, and Office Automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Execute approved system changes and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ownership and an execution-focused mindset. This role requires a dependable individual who is detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a hands-on technical environment.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise IT operations and system recovery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, or Jamf Pro.
• A preference for technical leadership without direct people management responsibilities.
