Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate all legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and project developments.
Represent the company in legal negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Candidate Requirements

Legal education with formal training in diverse areas of law.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations relevant to real estate and business operations.

Experience level: 5-10 years in a relevant legal role.
