Overview of the Legal Counsel Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a prominent Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Legal Counsel. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial, contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Identify legal and compliance risks, offering practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with legal guidance concerning business activities and decisions.
• Manage and support disputes, litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as required.
• Support licensing, transactions, and other legal projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective legal support.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or a related industry. This experience should encompass the key areas of responsibility outlined above.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a presence at the company's offices to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
