About the Role

Kinetic is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Legal Counsel based in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to provide comprehensive legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial, contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Identify legal and compliance risks, offering practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with legal guidance on business activities and decisions.
• Manage and support disputes, litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as required.
• Support licensing, transactions, and other legal projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective legal support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience in commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and legal risk management.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant legal experience is required.
