Legal Analyst

About the Role

Mufeed is seeking a Legal Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential legal and regulatory support to the Legal Support Unit. The Legal Analyst will contribute to coordinating legal and corporate activities within a company specializing in management, investment, planning, event and exhibition execution, conferences, and media production.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive legal and regulatory assistance to the Legal Support Unit. This involves actively participating in the coordination of various legal and corporate functions across the company's diverse operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain legal documents and files pertinent to the company’s operations.
• Provide coordination support between the Legal Support Unit and other relevant departments, including GRC and Administrative Support.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing monitoring of company policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Quality and Development Department.
• Perform administrative tasks related to legal documentation and follow-up processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience is required.
