The Role: License Owner & Operator, Riyadh

Stranger Soccer is expanding its operations and is seeking a License Owner & Operator to establish and grow the Stranger Soccer presence in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual to build and manage their own operation, rather than a salaried management position. The objective is to enhance football accessibility within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand within Riyadh.
• Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2–3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
• Implement marketing and customer acquisition strategies through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a consistent player experience.
• Collaborate with Stranger Soccer Headquarters, leveraging established operational and technology teams.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to work independently.
• A strong sense of ownership and ambition to expand Stranger Soccer locally.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for this role is structured with rewards directly tied to performance and the growth achieved within the Riyadh operation.
