The License Owner / Operator Role

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and develop its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position involves building, owning, and growing a local football operation, contributing to a vibrant football community, and delivering consistent playing experiences. The role operates with independence while receiving ongoing support, technology, and operational guidance from Stranger Soccer's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Growing the local player community in Riyadh.
Securing football venues and establishing local partnerships.
Recruiting and managing Official Hosts for games.
Leading marketing efforts and community-building initiatives.
Ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality game experiences.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following attributes:
