About the Role

AeroProfessional Limited is recruiting Licensed B1/B2 Engineers for Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia's new national airline. Launched in 2023 and wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Riyadh Air is a digital-native, full-service carrier headquartered in Riyadh. The airline operates a modern Boeing 787-9 fleet and plans to expand its network to over 100 destinations by 2030, focusing on building world-class aviation operations. This is a full-time, 1-year renewable contract position.

Role Context

As a Licensed B1/B2 Engineer, you will contribute to the Engineering & Maintenance operations of Riyadh Air. The airline is a key initiative supporting Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to establish a significant presence in global aviation. This role is based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

While specific day-to-day tasks are not detailed, Licensed B1/B2 Engineers are typically responsible for:

• Performing maintenance, certification, and release of aircraft.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Troubleshooting and rectifying aircraft defects.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Ability to obtain the right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of an EASA / FAA / Part 66 B1 licence.
• B787-9 Type-Rating with GEnx engine endorsement.
• A minimum of 2 years of certifying experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of line maintenance experience.
