About the Role

Deemah is seeking a dedicated Line Leader to join our full-time operations team in Riyadh. This role is central to achieving production objectives by implementing effective action plans and leading the production team. The Line Leader will play a key part in identifying deviations, proposing improvements, and ensuring their successful implementation to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve established production objectives through the application of suitable and effective action plans.
• Lead and guide the production team in identifying operational deviations and potential improvements, and facilitate their resolution.
• Ensure that all personnel and machinery within the assigned area operate under safe working conditions.
• Maintain a high level of hygienic conditions throughout the work area.
• Verify the manpower plan for the production line, ensuring all personnel are correctly assigned to their respective tasks.
• Coordinate with material handlers to ensure all necessary packaging materials are prepared and readily available according to the planned product schedule.
• Confirm that all operators adhere to procedures and accurately complete required forms.
• Oversee the precise counting and tagging of all finished goods (* pallets with correct information.

Policy Adherence and Quality Assurance

The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing the implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and controls that govern all activities within the production area. This includes ensuring full compliance with relevant procedural and legislative requirements, specifically aligning with the Quality Management System (QMS) which encompasses ISO9001 and the Halal Food Management System (HFMS).

Team Leadership and Oversight

This position involves actively leading and guiding the production team to foster a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges. The Line Leader will monitor team performance and conduct, promptly reporting any misbehavior or misconduct observed on the production floor directly to the supervisor.

Operational Standards

The role requires a strong focus on maintaining high operational standards, including strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and quality control measures. The Line Leader ensures that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to overall product quality and workplace safety.
